With the development of computer technology, various kinds of computers have permeated our daily lives. These computers, based on websites, have deeply influenced every aspect of our lives -- not just the field of information technology but also, for example, commerce, medicine and education.

The emergence of the conception of 'u-learning' is one of the signs of the fundamental change taking place in education. This paper analyses u-learning technology by defining the concept and outlining the conditions under which it operates effectively. Then a systematic model of u-learning is provided, which indicates the key technology required. Finally, it compares u-learning with e-learning and highlights the features of the former and the benefits it provides to students.
